STANDARD APPLICATION PROCESS

Generally, an application process at its simplest involves 5 steps.

Business team sitting

The Admission Process:

There are two ways of going about it:

NOTE: Details of the consultants or agents an institution works with can be found on their website or by contacting them directly.

Receiving your Offer Letter:

One you have submitted all the required documents to the education institution with or without employing a consultant, the institute will generate a “Letter of Offer” which implies that the institution has given you the opportunity to enrol with them. However, the enrolment is confirmed in the next step.

Confirmation of Enrolment

After you have read and signed the “Letter of Offer” and have made the necessary initial deposit of tuition fees, the education institution will issue an electronic Certificate of Enrolment (eCoE) which marks the confirmation of your enrolment with the education provider. A CoE generally outlines your course start date, total course fees and the total duration of the course.

Visa Application Process

If you are applying for your Student Visa through the Department of Home Affairs online lodgement facility, you will need the details of your electronic Confirmation of Enrolment to lodge your visa application. You should make sure that you meet requirements for a student visa before you accept an offer and pay any tuition fees. We – Equinox Education & Migration - can help you immensely in this process with our experienced authorised Migration Consultant, thereby helping you in meeting the visa requirements, thus increasing your chance of getting a positive visa application outcome.

Flight Booking

Once your visa has been granted, you can proceed with booking the flights and fly into Australia and begin unlocking the next step of your dream career.
